If I could give them 10, 15, or 20 stars I would! I caused a dent to my own car and I went to the owner Ignacio after reading all of the wonderful reviews. He was very attentive, respectful and friendly. He was also very understanding and helpful when it came to pricing. He’s NOT expensive at all! The staff was also very helpful and friendly. They were able to fix the dent, scratches and paint in a timely manner and when I saw my car again, my mouth dropped because of the amazing work they did! My car looks like nothing ever happened. I HIGHLY recommend Golden Touch Auto Body! It’s 2024 now and I had some damage again to one of my doors after being side swiped. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am for Ignacio, Cesar and the staff! They are ABSOLUTELY THE BEST OF THE BEST!! I don’t trust anyone else with my vehicle! I HIGHLY recommend them! These guys are the best I recently just purchased a brand new car and on the 7th day of having it I was rear ended at a red light. So while having to wait on insurance I visited Golden Touch Auto Body since it’s near where I live and from start to finish these guys helped me in the best way possible. I showed them the damage to my car and right away they stepped in to help me my trunk and rear bumper were damaged and upon first look they managed to help me close my trunk which was zipped tied down. Afterwards they helped me contact the insurance agency dealing with my claim to better rush the repair process. Within a few days my car was in the shop and instantly being worked on. They followed up with me everyday to keep me updated with the status and how the repairs to my car were going and gave me an exact date when it would be finished. I couldn’t even tell my car was even in an accident it looks brand new just as I got it. They replaced all my damaged parts with brand new ones and a fresh paint job. They even went as far as to touch up little scratch marks the car had and I didn’t ask them too but it left the car looking even better. I’m very happy and satisfied with their work 10/10 experience super friendly and great communication skills. Even before the car was finished I stopped by to check on it and they allowed me to with no problem. If I ever have a similar issue in the future I’m going back because I know they’ll get the job done. Ceasar was a great help in this entire process I appreciate him for his patience and communication with me not only to insure me my car would be fixed the way I wanted it to but to put my mind at ease because I had never dealt with this type of situation before. This place is phenomenal!! 10/10 would recommend! Everyone is very welcoming, service is excellent and quick. As a female it’s easy to feel like your paying extra because at least for me I truly don’t know much about cars 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I really felt and KNOW not only was I getting a great deal, but they are looking out for me.
